Nevertheless, if we fail to meet our standards for any purchase, you may see the following options:

INCORRECT / INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • In case of an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for the inconvenience caused—no refunds will be entertained.
  • In case of an incomplete shipping address, we will contact the recipient via email or phone to cross-check.
  • If the package is refused by the recipient, we do not offer a refund.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE GOODS

  • Any product that has been hampered or damaged during transportation must be reported by email within 48 hours of delivery; otherwise, anantam will not be liable to accept the merchandise. In such cases, the customer will have to contact support@anantamindia.com . We will investigate the damage from our end and try to repair or replace the product. However, anantam reserves the right to determine the authenticity of the damage and to decide whether we can repair or replace the product.

    Your purchase is acceptable for return/exchange only if:

    • The product you received has a genuine manufacturing defect.
    • An incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.

     

  • If your purchase matches the criteria given above, contact our team within 48 hours of delivery with the following information:

    • Order number
    • Delivery address
    • Image of defects and damage/incorrect product

      STORE CREDIT / RETURN

      If your purchase is eligible for a free return/exchange as explained above, the credit note/refund will also include the proportionate shipping cost. In case of order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, refunds will be made using the original method of payment.

      COLORS

      We have made every attempt to display the colors of our products on www.anantamindia.com as accurately as possible (through the pictures and descriptions). However, computer monitors, tablets, and mobile phones might show slight differences in color. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your devices will display all colors precisely.

      • Products that are altered as per the specifications/measurements provided by you
      • Sale purchases/promotions organized by anantam
      • Products identified/marked as non-returnable/non-exchangeable at the time of purchase
