Important Information

  • Estimated Delivery Time: We mention the estimated delivery time for each piece on the product details page.

  • Orders within India: We provide free shipping for products priced above INR 10,000. For products priced below INR 10,000 and Cash on Delivery orders, a flat shipping fee of INR 190 applies. All taxes and duties are included in the product price listed on anantamindia.net.

  • International Orders: We offer free shipping on orders above Rs.20,000/-. For orders below Rs.20,000/-, an applicable shipping fee will be charged. Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning product prices are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by your country. Payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery time for your order starts from the date of Order Confirmation. Ready-to-ship orders take up to 24 hours to process. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number. If you've purchased multiple products in an order, your order may have multiple shipment dates, which will be confirmed in your Order Confirmation emails.

  • Non-shipping Days: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and nationally observed holidays.

  • Order Cut-off Times: These are provided as guidelines only and do not account for possible delays caused by payment authorization. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

  • Delivery Confirmation: For all deliveries, a porch or door delivery without a signature may be done, in line with international shipping standards. We do not necessarily require a signature for goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a third-party recipient for delivery purposes (e.g., as a gift), then evidence of a porch delivery at the given address (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us of our obligation.

  • Failed Deliveries: In case of international orders, no refund shall be issued if:

    • An incorrect or outdated delivery address is provided.

    • After three failed delivery attempts made by the courier.

    • The package is refused by the recipient post attracting custom/duty charges.

  • Tracking Orders: We will send you a tracking number and a link to our courier company with your shipping confirmation email so you can track your order.

  • Unforeseen Delays: At times, orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond two weeks of the estimated delivery time due to unforeseen reasons, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.

  • Return/Exchange: Return/Exchange can only be availed once per order. In case of international orders, all shipments will be clubbed and sent together.

Import Regulations

The recipient is the importer and must comply with all the applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs clearance delays can affect the original delivery timelines.

Note: Custom offices in some countries or regions require the importer to provide a form of identification such as a passport, Tax ID, etc., before releasing a shipment.
