Return Policy

anantam takes great care in curating and delivering our products. We have strict curation criteria, stringent quality control checks, and work with leading delivery partners like DHL and Blue Dart to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, your purchase is eligible for return only if it meets the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return or Exchange:
    • An incorrect product has been delivered to you, i.e., the product delivered is different from the item in the order confirmation email.
    • The product you received has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
  • Reporting Issues:
    • In such instances, please write to us at customercare@anantam.in or contact us at +91 [Your Contact Number] within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • Products will be considered for exchange or return only if they are unworn, in perfect condition, and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged, soiled, or returned without their original packaging and labels will not be accepted.
  • Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products:
    • Accessories, including jewelry, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, belts, footwear, etc.
    • Custom-made and made-to-order products (see terms and conditions for definitions).
    • Orders placed using store credit.
    • Unstitched items like stoles, dupattas, sarees with unstitched blouse pieces.
    • Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you.
    • Products purchased in any sale or promotion.
    • Products identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
    • Briefs, swimming costumes, bikini bottoms, and blouses.
  • International Orders:
    • For international orders, please write to us at customercare@anantam.in or contact us at +91 [Your Contact Number] within 48 hours of receiving the product. If the above return criteria are met, we will arrange for a pick-up of the product(s).
  • Return/Exchange Process:
    • anantam will send you a confirmatory email upon receiving the products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all items reach us in new condition as described above.
    • Upon undertaking a quality test and thorough inspection, anantam will inform you about its decision on whether the return was accepted or rejected within five working days of receiving the product.
    • If anantam accepts the return request, the value of the product will be credited to the original account/mode of payment within seven to ten working days of receiving the product. However, if anantam rejects the return/exchange request, we will ship the product back to you.
